|Beef, ground, extra lean, raw||12 pounds 8 ounces|
|Bread stuffing, bread dry mix||2 pounds 5-1/2 ounces|
|Onions, dehydrated flakes||12-1/2 ounces|
|Eggs, large||19 large|
|Water||2 quart 1/4 cup|
|Oil, salad||1/3 cup 1 tablespoon|
|Barbeque sauce||1 quart 5/8 cup|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 tablespoons 1/4 teaspoon|
|Pepper, black||1/2 tablespoon|
|Water||1 quart 5/8 cup|
Mix meat, dry stuffing mix, onion, eggs, water, and oil until well blended. Using a #12 food disher portion onto lined sheet pan. Flatten meat.
Bake at 350° F until product reaches 160° F and/or is browned.
Drain excess grease from pan.
Combine barbeque sauce, water, worcestershire sauce and pepper.
Heat sauce until slightly thickened.
Pour 1/8 cup sauce on top of each meat patty.
Hold at minimum of 150° F until served.
